Computer scientist finds a way to prevent wireless bike shifters from being hacked

Wireless bike shifters provide a better way to change gears. But also another way for competitors to cheat in bike races. KPBS sci tech reporter Thomas Fudge talked to a San Diego scientist who has found a way to protect them from hackers.
