Is Chula Vista doing enough to manage its wildfire risk?

Chula Vista is one of the fastest growing parts of the county. The city has gained almost 100,000 people over the last two decades, and has sprawled outwards to the east. But that kind of growth and development can come with some big wildfire risks. KPBS South Bay reporter Kori Suzuki says the city may not be doing enough to manage them.
