To fight Tijuana's fentanyl crisis, San Diegans smuggle naloxone into Mexico

Here in San Diego, life-saving medicines like naloxone have helped reduce the number of fentanyl overdoses. But Mexico’s restrictive drug policies make naloxone almost impossible to get in Tijuana. KPBS border reporter says good samaritans are essentially smuggling this medicine into Mexico.
