Oceanside City Council Recall Effort
The recall effort against Governor Gavin Newsom is just one of several attempts in recent months to remove elected officials from office. The latest is happening in Oceanside, where a city councilwoman is reacting to a challenge from opponents who are upset over recent council votes and question her residency. Diversifying The Life Sciences Industry
California’s life sciences industry is trying to overcome large gaps when it comes to racial representation. A trade organization for hundreds of companies will launch a comprehensive tracking system to measure what sort of progress is made in the years to come.
