MCAS Miramar Marine Lance Cpl. William Bell gave his girlfriend a surprise that left her speechless. Bell and girlfriend Leianna Seals are New Orleans natives who met in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Now Bell had decided it was time the two try and weather a new challenge - marriage.
