Breaking News: Another Sailor Found Dead on the USS Enterprise

The Navy is reporting that a sailor on board the USS Enterprise was found dead today, the second death in less than a month. Military officials say the sailor's family has been notified of the death, although the deceased's name hasn't been released yet. The Navy says it is investigating the death. The nuclear-powered aircraft carrier is in the Arabian Gulf as part of its involvement in Operation New Dawn.

Norfolk, Virginia is the USS Enterprise's home port. Norfolk television station WAVY-TV reports that today's death aboard the ship is the second in a month. According to WAVY, Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Vincent A. Filpi III was found dead on board the Enterprise on March 23. He was 41-years-old.

The USS Enterprise has been making headlines as of late, and not for good reasons, according to the Navy Times.
