Special Decommissioning Ceremony Today for San Diego-Based Cutter (Video)

The United States Coast Guard will decommission the Cutter Hamilton this afternoon at 3 p.m. during a special ceremony to mark the occasion at Naval Base San Diego, according to San Diego ABC affiliate 10News. During the Hamilton's 44-years of service:
