Francisco Carrillo Jr., who earned aValorous Unit Award in 2005, says the things he saw and did in Iraq shattered his psyche and left him with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). And eight doctors have reportedly confirmed this diagnosis. Nevertheless, the Army is calling the Chico veteran a liar, and accusing him of faking his PTSD symptoms just so he can collect money.
