San Diegans around the county are dealing with stress associated with evacuations, power outages and watching homes burn in multiple fires around the county. We get an update on the fires and talk to a mental health expert on how to deal with the stress. Marriage & Family therapist David Peters will join us with some tips on how to get through the anxiety.

Sandra Millers Younger survived the 2003 Cedar Fire, but barely. She tells her story in The Fire Outside My Window. Younger and her husband were awakened in the middle of the night by flames raging through their Wildcat Canyon neighborhood. Their home was completely destroyed but they have rebuilt. She shares her experience and address the fear many San Diegans are feeling as they relive memories from the 2003 and 2007 wildfires.
