Grecia and Mark Devlin knew they wanted to have kids. But when the Southern California couple started trying to conceive, a year went by without success.
That kicked off a journey, which eventually led to Tijuana, Mexico, where the Devlins underwent in vitro fertilization, or IVF. It’s by far the most expensive fertility treatment. But in Mexico, it's costs a fraction of what it does in California.
