On this episode, host Jorge Meraz explores a quaint little winery hidden in the Valle de Guadalupe. The man behind it, Aimé Desponds, tells us about his unique clay construction techniques, and his special flair for winemaking. He takes Jorge on a wine tasting and architectural tour.
Next we head to Malva, where we meet chef Roberto Alcocer. He shows us how he gathers natural ingredients from the land and raises animals for the restaurant. Jorge savors the fresh plates as they arrive, but especially the dessert.
