COOK'S COUNTRY FROM AMERICA'S TEST KITCHEN reclaims, revives and restores classic American heirloom recipes. The series launches season 10 with hosts Bridget Lancaster and Julia Collin Davison at the helm.
Bridget and Julia have been fixtures on the show from the very beginning, sharing their cooking skills and deep knowledge of food history with viewers through the hundreds of recipes they’ve prepared on air as test cooks.
Now, they're heading into the COOK'S COUNTRY test kitchen to bring you equipment reviews, taste tests, and honest-to-goodness American recipes for the home cook.
The series also features the popular segments viewers know and love. Jack Bishop challenges Bridget and Julia to taste kitchen staples in front of a live audience.
Adam Ried, the test kitchen’s equipment expert, takes the hosts through his top equipment recommendations for the home cook — from kitchen timers to Dutch ovens.
In season ten, Bridget and Julia are joined by new test cooks Ashley Moore, Bryan Roof and Christie Morrison, who test and create America’s favorite recipes from COOK'S COUNTRY magazine.
