After discovering that Helen’s extended family will be coming for Thanksgiving, Martha embarks on a quest for to find her own long-lost siblings. Tails begin to wag as she tracks down her canine brothers and sisters, but Martha’s mother is nowhere to be seen.

MARTHA SPEAKS, based on the best-selling children’s books by Susan Meddaugh, is a proven tool for increasing children’s vocabulary. Martha is a beloved family dog who gained the power of speech when she was accidentally fed alphabet soup.
Each episode is an adventure with Martha and her friends, during which they learn an array of vocabulary words. The series is supported by an educational outreach campaign that includes a cross-age reading buddy program.
