The Women’s Museum of California is sponsoring the event which will feature speakers on the history of the suffrage movement and the challenges that still face women taking their equal part in the political process.
Anne Hoiberg, board president of the museum, joined Midday Edition on Monday to talk about how the museum will commemorate the occasion.
