Juveniles on Drugs: Half of All Arrested Test Positive

Alison St John (Guest Host): Just over half of all teens arrested and taken to Juvenile Hall in San Diego test positive for some kind of drug use. Those numbers have stayed fairly constant since testing began a decade ago. Of those juvenile offenders, a third says it has been through some type of drug treatment already. A quarter of those says it has been through drug treatment several times.
