This week, President Bush commuted the 30-month prison sentence of I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, who was convicted of lying to federal prosecutors about his role in the leak of a CIA agent's identity.

Also, the Supreme Court recently decided to restrict the use of race in determining which school a student can attend. Will the decision lead to a decrease in diversity in our nation's public schools?
