Walk-up Ticket Booth sales are limited & subject to capacity. The Haunted Hotel COVID Safety: Unvaccinated guests are REQUIRED to wear a face mask at all times on the premises. Vaccinated guests are not required to wear a mask in the queue line, but they WILL BE REQUIRED to wear a mask to enter the actual haunt. Social Distancing of groups is strongly requested. The entire Haunted Hotel staff and characters will be wearing masks, hand sanitizer is available, and the wait time in line has been reduced by implementing “Timed Ticketing”.
