Forget the ordinary Easter egg hunt! This year, whisk your little bunnies on a magical adventure aboard the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum’s Bunny Train on a journey through San Diego County’s picturesque countryside in a train decked out with colorful Easter cheer.
Saturdays and Sundays: March 16 through March 31
Train Departures at: 10:30 a.m., 1 p.m., and 2:30 p.m.
The celebration kicks off with a train ride-weekends March 16 - 31, 2024. The Easter Bunny will board the train at the Campo Depot and visit with all the passengers on the train before it travels through San Diego’s beautiful east-county mountains. After enjoying the 45-minute journey, the train stops the the Museum’s Display Building where more fun awaits.
Two Easter egg hunting areas will be open for the children. One is geared towards our smallest travelers with eggs in plain sight; the other takes up the entire Display Building with eggs carefully hidden by the Easter Bunny. The children may turn in the plastic eggs they find to the Museum volunteers for sweets and other prizes.
The best part - entrance into the Display Building and both Easter egg hunts is included in the price of your train tickets. Don’t miss out on this egg-cellent adventure! Tickets are sure to sell out fast, so book yours today!
All train rides depart from our Campo location located at 750 Depot Street, Campo, CA 91906.
