Choral music carries a legacy of centuries of history into the present. It’s common for choral programs to feature works spanning five or even six centuries, alongside compositions by living composers. In this program, SACRA/PROFANA will explore our rich choral heritage, performing beloved historical masterpieces and pairing them with some of the luminaries of contemporary choral music.
