After a three-year hiatus that felt like a century, this legendary family-friendly holiday parade is back in action, and trust us, it’s more spectacular than ever before!
Picture this: Third Avenue, between H and E Streets, is about to turn into a mesmerizing wonderland. Get ready to dive into the magic with the Starlight Festival, which will be launching the festivities in all their glory at 3 p.m. But hold on tight, because things are about to get even more enchanting. At 5:45 p.m., brace yourself for the tree lighting extravaganza – it’s not just a tree, it’s a 25-foot-tall beacon of holiday spirit! And the grand finale? Oh, it’s a showstopper! The Starlight Parade will kick off at 6:00pm, featuring over 100 dazzling entries, from whimsical floats and toe-tapping marching bands to dance squads that are ready to groove and classic cars that are ready to cruise.
But wait, there’s more! Keep your excitement meter in check because Santa himself is making a grand entrance in a Chula Vista Fire Engine.
