We'll be offering TWO sessions of this class tonight, a 5 p.m. session and a 7 p.m. session so please note the ticket options when you make your selection. Class 1 will be 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Class 2 will be 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Guests will make the Grainbakers Spent Grain Artisan Bread Dough. Once created, you can customize your bread by adding various flavors from our spice selection.

A bread-and-butter sampling

Lecture and hands-on instruction to make artisan spent grain baked bread

Recipe and instruction guide.

Super fun mixing session to make your dough

One bread in it's first rise, ready to head home to bake

Extra spent grain for your freezer and recipes to make more bread

VIP / FAQ

We will be hosting TWO sessions of this class, a 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. session.

You will bake your bread at home.

Participants must be 18 to participate and must have a ticket

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. You will need non-slip footwear in the brewery. Sandals and flip-flops are not allowed.
