The International Rescue Committee (IRC), in collaboration with the San Diego Small Business Development (SBDC) program, World Design Capital (WDC) 2024, and Fashion Week San Diego, is excited to showcase fashion designers from refugee and immigrant backgrounds. This event will celebrate the diversity, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of individuals on the move who enrich our community.
The IRC will facilitate the participation of these fashion designers who are their current or former clients from East and North Africa, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Guatemala and San Diego.
