Get ready to immerse yourself in citrus delight at the 27th Annual Lemon Festival in Downtown Chula Vista! Scheduled for August 17, 2024, this beloved event pays homage to the city's citrus heritage, once known as the "Lemon Capital of the World."
From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Third Avenue will be transformed into a lemon paradise, offering a plethora of lemon-themed treats, live music, photo opportunities with Tarty the Lemon, a cook-off competition, arts and crafts vendors, and a dedicated kids' area.
The festival, organized by the Downtown Chula Vista Association, is a cherished tradition that brings together tens of thousands of locals and visitors alike to celebrate the city's agricultural history and vibrant community spirit.
