'Watershed'

The highly anticipated documentary "Watershed," co-directed by five-time Paralympic medalist Mallory Weggemann and her husband Jay Snyder, will make its theatrical debut on July 11, 2024 with a special one-night screening across 60 select AMC theaters nationwide before its release on Peacock on July 16, 2024.

"Watershed" delves into the extraordinary life of Mallory Weggemann as she trains for the Tokyo Paralympics amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The film provides an intimate portrayal of her journey, capturing the highs and lows of her athletic career alongside her and Jay’s personal struggle with infertility and undergoing IVF. Self-documented by Weggemann and Snyder, the film offers a raw and authentic glimpse into their lives, highlighting their resilience and determination while aiming to provide authentic representation for the disability community and shine a light on the importance of IVF.

The premiere comes on the heels of Weggemann’s recent achievement of securing her spot for her fourth Paralympics, a milestone she’ll be preparing for as she breaks new ground as the first Paralympian to host Olympic coverage for NBCUniversal on E! and CNBC at the upcoming Paris games.
