The stage is set, the taps are ready to flow, and the 28th Annual ShamROCK Music + Beer Festival is gearing up to be the ultimate convergence of live music, green and craft beer, Irish and other grubs, games and shenanigans, and a guaranteed good time on Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter. More than a pub crawl, ShamROCK seamlessly combines the artistry of a good brew with the energetic pulse of live Celtic music, making it a must-attend event for beer and whiskey connoisseurs, music enthusiasts, Irish brethren, and anyone seeking an epic Gaelic San Diego day.

Crafted to Perfection |
For nearly 30 years, ShamROCK has been a tastemaker's haven, seamlessly blending the best in craft beer, Irish beer and whiskey cocktails with a carefully curated selection of Celtic rock and tribute bands. The Gaslamp Quarter becomes an urban façade of Irish rolling hills, setting the stage for an immersive experience of pub-style seating, distinctive brews, traditional Irish dance performances, classic Irish and international grubs and a musical lineup that hits all the right notes.

Shenanigans Beyond the Sips and Sounds |
The ShamROCK Shenanigans Block is where the fun gets interactive. From classic games like Jenga and Cornhole to quirky contests like Unicorn Races and Rainbow Streamer Relays, attendees can engage in playful revelry and light hearted donnybrook. The ShamROCK leprechaun emcee adds a dash of mischief, hosting stage showdowns with prizes that that promise to spark friendly brute & brawn.

4:00pm - 5:00pm | ASS POCKET WHISKEY FELLAS – Often incorporating crowd participation of all ages, their playlist runs from Irish traditional to classic rock, drawing a wide range of appeal.
5:30pm - 6:45pm | FINNEGAN BLUE – Blending rock, bluegrass, Irish, gospel, reggae, and NOLA second line with a punk rock inspired edge.
7:15pm - 8:45pm | LEXINGTON FIELD – A fiddle rock band with original sound, catchy melodies, and high-energy live shows that you won’t want to miss!
9:15pm - 11:00pm | THE FOOKS – The iconic San Diego Irish band that you can’t live without!

Get ready for a euphoric journey of musical nostalgia at the Rainbow Stage! While the Pint Stage brings you the authentic pulse of Ireland with its top Irish and Celtic acts, the Rainbow Stage is set to come alive with melodies of the region’s top tribute and cover bands playing renditions of familiar favorites. This stage is a vibrant homage to the songs that defined generations, performed by the region's most acclaimed tribute and cover bands.
