The County of San Diego - Government invites flood victims to visit the Spring Valley Library - SDCL as it serves as a Local Service Center for Flood Victims of the recent winter storm.
The library is located at 836 Kempton Street, Spring Valley, CA 91977 and will be closed for regular library services during this time: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Wednesday, January 29 - 31

The service center will allow flood victims to meet with County and State representatives, as well as nonprofits, and aid organizations providing tips on how to properly document and clean up after water damage.
