Prolific singer-songwriter, Astra Kelly, releases raw, emotive, and thought provoking new music on her tenth studio album, “Soul Fires.”
Astra describes the sound of the forthcoming album as “folk rock bitten by the south.” In advance of the digital release, Astra will make the songs available on CD, download card, private streaming link, and vinyl. An intimate concert, live recording and vinyl release is set for Sept .8th in San Diego at the premier southern California recording studio, Studiowest. Her full band, featuring Joshua Taylor on guitar, Sandi King on vocals, Harley Magsino on bass, and Tony Econom on drums will join her, plus special guests Jeff Berkley, and Cathryn Beeks.
