Celebrate Christmas at Island Prime/C Level

Celebrate this joyous season while taking in views of the San Diego skyline. Island Prime and C Level will be open on Saturday, December 25 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. serving a special 3-course menu to celebrate the holidays.

Our Christmas menu includes:
• First Course | Choice of Lobster Bisque, Lyonnaise Salad, and Quinoa Salad.
• Second Course | Choice of Mustard Brushed Salon, Butter Poached Halibut, Madeira Mushroom Cannoli, Harissa grilled Lamb Chops, Herb Crusted Prime Rib, and Filet Mignon.
• Dessert | Choice of Flourless Chocolate Cake, Apple Pie, and Eggnog Cheesecake.
