What: San Diego City Council holds public hearing on One Paseo project
When: 2 p.m. Monday
Where: Council chambers in the City Administration Building, 202 C St.
The San Diego City Council on Monday is scheduled to hold a public hearing and could vote to approve the $630 million One Paseo development that is proposed for a 23-acre lot on Del Mar Heights Road in Carmel Valley.
If approved, developer Kilroy Realty Corp. would build 600 homes, almost half a million square feet of office space and about 250,000 square feet of retail shops. The project would include a cinema, a small park and underground parking.
