It's true. Baby Boy Alvarez is here. Healthy and happy and lots of hair. Details and pic coming. Once we decide on a name.

San Diego City Councilman David Alvarez and his wife, Xochitl, welcomed their second child Thursday.
The boy was born at 9:04 a.m., and he and his mother are doing well, Alvarez spokeswoman Lisa Schmidt said, adding that she expected to announce baby's name and other information later.
The Alvarez family already includes a daughter, Izel.
David Alvarez, a first-term council member who represents Barrio Logan and South San Diego communities, unsuccessfully ran against to Mayor Kevin Faulconer in the Feb. 11 runoff election.
