San Diegans can vote on Saturday ahead of the general election on Tuesday, Nov. 6, according to the San Diego County Registrar of Voters.
Early voters can go to the Registrar of Voters office at 5201 Ruffin Road, Suite I, in Kearny Mesa between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3.
“We offer Saturday hours because we know people are busy and voting on Election Day Tuesday may not be convenient,” said Deborah Seiler, the San Diego County Registrar of Voters. “In addition to providing mail ballots and staffing polling locations, we open the Saturday before the election to give voters another option to cast ballots or drop off their vote-by-mail ballots.”
Tuesday's polling place locations are listed at sdvote.com. Vote-by-mail ballots can be dropped off at any county polling place Tuesday.
The Registrar of Voters office will also take calls Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (858) 565-5800.
A drop off location for mail ballots is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. today through Monday at the lower parking lot outside the Registrar’s office. On Election Day, the drop off hours will be from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
