I'm overwhelmed by the number of San Diegans who have come up with clever and gruesome Halloween costumes over the years.

Bruce Rogow, KPBS Director of Television Operations, in electronic overalls. Bruce told me he attached electronic luminescent wiring into the seams of his overalls to create the effect.
